Caroline

Caroline thrives on the little details with a passion and robust knowledge of all things wedding! Caroline’s positive perspective coupled with her intuitive analytic skills makes her a prized asset to our clients. Her love for event planning started while attending Tocca Falls College to gain her degree in communications. Her degree shines when working with our clients and vendors to make sure everyone is on the same page. At the first sign of expanding Blooming Arrows and brining on additional planners, Caroline was my first thought. It was an easy sell since she is also my baby sister. Her heart for each couple shows at the initial meeting. She creates a balance to the team which allows everyone to think outside the box. Being the youngest on our team, she helps to keep us current with the latest styles and trends. 

Spoiler alert: Caroline is obsessed with reading and visiting the aquarium, and it’s rare to see this girl without a Starbucks cup in one hand!

Susie lives and breathes event planning and coordination, and dare we say she’s almost as detail-oriented and Type A (in the best way possible). If you remind Susie to do something, chances are she’s already done it. Like three hours ago. She is a hard worker who loves to sprinkle in some fun throughout the planning process. With her wealth of catering knowledge & problem-solving skills, she is ready to handle each facet of your big day with grace & style. Her aptitude for design paired with extensive experience in wedding and event production, makes her a gem when it comes to creating and executing weddings of any style. As a mom of 2 multi-tasking is her specialty. She is all hands on deck with her clients, no matter the need she always finds a solution. Susie is a native to North Carolina which gives her the edge in knowing the best venues.
